Power Yoga – Heated to 80-85 degrees, this All Levels Power Vinyasa class links conscious breath with a mindful and energetic flow of yoga poses. In this class, you will build strength, flexibility, and concentration while cleansing your body and calming your mind. It also introduces foundational yoga postures with alignment based cuing to help each student develop and expand their personal practice. Depending on the teacher, music is played throughout the class to enhance the practice and to encourage and motivate students. Standing, Balancing, Spine Strengthening, and Hip opening poses are followed by a relaxing Surrender in each class. Power Flow is designed to accommodate ALL levels and encourages students to focus on building their personal practice both on and off their mat.
Mindful Yoga – Heated to 80-85 degrees, this All Levels Mindful Vinyasa Flow class links conscious breath with a mindful and slower flow of yoga poses. In this class, you will build strength, flexibility, and concentration with a focus on calming your mind. It also introduces foundational yoga postures with alignment based cuing to help each student develop and expand their personal practice. Deepening cues encourage a focus on subtle movements and sensations in yoga poses and longer holds provide an emphasis on mindfulness and breath.This class is taught without music to focus your attention on experiences occurring in your mind and body. Standing, Balancing, Spine Strengthening, and Hip opening poses are followed by a relaxing Surrender in each class. Mindful Flow is designed to accommodate ALL levels and encourages students to focus on building their personal practice both on and off their mat.
Heated Yoga – Heated to 90-95 degrees with added humidity this class incorporates a blend of traditional Hot Yoga Poses with Vinyasa Flow elements. There is an emphasis on balance, strength, and flexibility with shorter breath to movement flows between poses. This class is perfect for athletes as a complement to their activity and as a way to increase flexibility and balance in their bodies. The heat and the poses also detox your body and clarify your mind. You will leave feeling challenged and detoxed with greater space and flexibility. This is an ALL Levels class.Teachers provide modifications and variations to all students to provide a personal and challenging experience for all.
Yoga Sculpt – Heated to 80-85 degrees this class combines Basic Yoga Poses with some Kick Your Butt free weight exercises! This is not your mother’s yoga. Sculpt Flow will challenge and grow your strength and flexibility all to some awesome musical jams. Squats, Lunges, Cardio – we got you! All this and fun loving and encouraging teachers to motivate and challenge you to be your absolute best, both on and off your mat. This is an ALL Levels class with modifications and variations offered for each exercise to personalize and challenge each and every student.
$5 Community Class – Non-heated class. This fun-loving and causal class focuses on the basics of Vinyasa yoga. This class moves at a slower pace and is great for beginners of all ages to try yoga. Students learn yoga basics through teaching, and demonstrations. Bring your mom, your son, your friends, your visiting aunts and uncles for a fun family and friends experience! For a mere $5/person you get an hour of yoga fun for everyone!
Candlelight Restorative Yoga – Non-heated 75min class. This super RELAXING class is the Yin to the Yang of all our other classes and is good for absolutely everyone. A blissful class of seated and supine (laying down) poses designed to deeply relax muscles and gently lengthen connective tissue. Poses are held for longer periods of time and are supported with props such as bolsters, blocks, blankets, sandbags, and straps. Longer holds facilitates deep relaxation. Mindfulness techniques are used to help quiet your mind. This is a quieter class with gentle or no music. Come in your most comfortable clothes and leave relaxed, calm, and blissed out.
